Quality Craftsmanship

Big Limos stands behind our limousine craftsmanship, drawing on over ten years of experience in the custom limo manufacturing industry. We provide a generous two (2) year or thirty thousand (30,000) mile warranty (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase to the first registered owner. Big Limos will repair or replace, as deemed appropriate, any defective limo parts or materials during this warranty period.

Note: Big Limos is not responsible for damages caused by exposure to elements, normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, or parts modified by anyone other than Big Limos.

Defect-Free Guarantee

We provide a limited warranty to the original purchaser that every stretch limousine, SUV limo, or luxury coach shall be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by negligence, misuse, abuse, or accidents is not covered under warranty. Big Limos is not responsible for issues caused by lack of maintenance or vehicle use outside manufacturer specifications.

Parts not manufactured directly by Big Limos are excluded from this warranty; however, accessories may carry additional warranties from their respective manufacturers, which we will pass along at the time of purchase.
